Our Shipping Policy

We accept orders 24/7 and ship Monday-Friday, excludes Holidays.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. Your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail from Fall River, Massachusetts. Due to the handmade nature of our products we cannot ship Priority Mail Express.
Orders that contain a different shipping address from the billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time.
USPS Shipping Rates are based on your shipping address and weight of your order. Depending on the weight of your order. We are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by its appears the package may have actually been stolen. We Provide a tracking number for each package.
Return Policy
How We Do It
We value and appreciate every customer and order that we receive. If the product is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to Jamisoycandles@yahoo.com within 7 days from delivery date and we will start the return process or replacement.
When requesting a return, please provide your order number and proof of purchase, with a photo proof of damage. Once your request is received and accepted we will offer a full refund or replacement.
